has anyone else beside me had this problem?

i cant get the installer to work, i sent in a ticket so i'll hear from them sure, but i was hoping maybe someone else could give me a hand getting back online.

i download installer program and run it i get to destination window hit the [next] tab it goes to progress bar then stops and returns to the destination folder window.

    things you can try

    1-Re-download the installer

    2-run the installer in admin mode

    3-change location

    4-if im not mistaken you can verify the contents of the installer , run that option

    5-many installers tend to fail when theres too many issues in the registry , fix the registry and try again
