You can exchange this for morai skills like Stomp of the King.

From what i find, you should be able to get this from the Aurora Agent.

And that agent seems to have been activated for a week with the promise that it would be activated again from time to time.

Did this ever happen again, how likely am i gonna see it again in the near future ?

Any other ways to get this book of darkness ?

    No you don't get the Book from the Agent. You give it to the Agent along with tokens to get the skill book. There is currently no way that I know of to get the Book of Darkness.
