Can't submit tickets.

I need to submit a ticket because I have not received the Territory War weapon rewards on my characters on this account. When I try to select a server, the box will not show any options (yes, I did select PWI first). I tried to submit both on my PC and Macbook.

Just add your server to the body of the ticket and you should be fine.
