there is a severe lack of management and monitoring tools for faction officers.
i do not want to bloat this post, so i will suggest just one thing.

we need a chat-log system. currently only 'private chat' correspondence is kinda being logged, and the log is limited to in-game only. there should be an option to log chat activity with date, time stamp (this needs to be added to the chat system, too), event messages, name, and the message itself of course. this should be logged and saved locally into a text-file. this would give officers one more tool to monitor activity and would make it easier to resolve possible disputes without the need to depend on dozens of screen shots.

pan gu loves cash shoppers as much as he loathes pure farmers. that's why he cursed me with the lowest luck-index possible. my weapon needed 21 recasts for those meh adds, and the r9 ring refine ate over 10k mirages before i capitulated and orbed it from 0 to +11. you won this time pan gu! b:sad

It is actually available, GMs can check text, date, time and IP of whoever and whatever said.

And can also mix words up..b:surrender

But I don't think they are going to implement this privilege to the game.
Achieved R9 before it was mainstream.

PWI is always lacking information specially in guild info. They don't show the last date and time login of members. Also they should show who is the officer recruited a particular member and when it was recruited things like that. We have been suggested a lot of things but they just ignore it. :(

These things also pose a HUGE privacy concern, and would probably be able to be used for more harm than good. People would come to expect that certain conversations remain private, and justly so. We have GMs that can track these things need be, just submit a ticket. It may take a little bit to get your issues solved, but breaching privacy won't solve anything either. This is something that PWI will NEVER implement, end of story.
