PWI Patch Notes v707 - Released April 10, 2013
Functionality
Territory Wars scheduling should now be the correct order once again
Faction Logos are now correctly assigned to their respective Factions
Localization
Updated the tooltip for Astral Shards to notify that their related NPC is currently disabled
Gear Signature Inks now warn players that Signatures are removed after reforging
Smooth Antoine now properly warn players of his 20,000 coin asking price
Seriously? Wouldn't it have made more sense to just remove the quest/item?

got this Astral quest on my veno a month ago...i guess we still can't finish it ?
i suggested to make the item as a scroll/book, just right-click to receive the reward or simply redirect the quest to visit a normal npc , maybe the elder, or turn in the item to a npc just like the friendship crystal.
is that so difficult?
To remove it ? lol its almost like removed with a 2% chance to drop b:shutup (similar to rare molds)- they call it help to lvl up , i call it mocking players or amateur quests designers lol.
Anyways they'll see this old subject/new thread useless and i have the feeling that will be closed till tomorrow ).
I guess this bugged/broken quest has been reported by GMs to the developers team and we should wait a fix.The thread can be closed or discuss it.
just to know: I modded Ubisoft's Anno 1404 Venice game and when i create new quests/items i test them few times before to release the mod/scenario/map[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
