Random event in Lost City.

So there was a random Primal Dragon that appeared in South Lost City. A lot of people were there killing it, more and more were being added into the group, and when it finally died, seven items dropped and all seven of them went to one person, instead of everyone who has hit it at least once being able to pick up one of these items.
