Won't re-enter the game

Every time I open the game it works perfectly, but if I want to open a internet page or any other thing on my PC, and let the game in the Start bar, the next time i'll fullscreen the game, it won't let me click anything... and if i do click, it sends me back to the desktop and puts the game back in the Start bar.
Is it a problem for my PC? Please tell me I can solve this problem. It kills me O.O

    This issue occurs when you are playing the game in full-screen mode, personally i think playing in window-mode is best so that multi-task can be done easily without facing such issue's in general.
