Stone Barrier is a Lie?

I searched forums but could not find any reason/explanation as to why Stone Barrier at level 10 only adds and extra 79% pdef and not the 100% it says.

Is it based on base pdef value and not include gear? I"m super low on pdef so was wondering what to do on this one.....

Anyone know? and Thanks!

    IIRC, stone barrier "works" on the sum of the gear resistances.. and the character screen includes both the gear value as well as the extra resists you get from strength and vitality (and buffs etc). So if you had say 1000 pdef from gear.. character screen might show 1100 or something (because you get some pdef from vit/str), and using level 10 stone barrier gives you an additional 1000 (not an additional 1100).. so it doesn't look like your resists doubled from the character window.

    I thought as much, that it was based on a combination of gear and such, tyvm!
