Missing Coins - Dead squad members cause picked up coins to disappear

I know people who have lost millions to this bug.
Picking up coins while squaded causes them to split evenly among members in the squad.
If any squad members are dead then all coins that would normally go to them vanish completely.

Coins vanishing when you pick them up is inappropriate behavior.

Expected Behavior is either:
1) Coins still go into their inventory no matter if they are dead or alive
2) Coins are evenly divided among the living squad members.

    I can verify this. Happened to me on a Caster run once.
