The Quest The Circle cannot be compleated because the boss, Waning Moon, that is supposed to be killed, has been removed from the instance Warsong City in our pwi version.

please do not 'fix' it by removing this quest-line entirely. f:beg
i suggest to re-implement the boss to a different location e.g. one of the empty 'rooms' in warsong; or just to change the boss that is required to kill, to Cannonfist Orclord (this boss took the space of the missing boss in our version), for example.
