TW map does not align with territory map at Dreamweaver Port

See the below map? The colored region associated with a faction owning the territory of Dreaming Cloud extends into the territory of Shattered Cloud Island.
Dreamweaver port's region also extends slighty into the territory of Shattered Cloud Island but it's not visible on this map because they are the same color.

Either the territory map has to be redrawn or the color regions should be altered to properly align with the underlying map.
