Missing Quest NPC - Ma Lin for Quest "Disabled Man's story"

My available quest log has the quest "Disabled Man's Story"
http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/27430

This directs me to the start NPC "Ma Lin" at 674 361.
When you go to 674 361 there is no such NPC at that location.

    Got it. This is a side effect of the devs purposefully removing Ma Lin. We'll get that quest removed from the Available Quests tab.

    would it not be better to just auto compleat quest as soon as u pick it up ?as seeing it just sat there undone is setting off my ocd

    I really feel at a loss for this quest for the missing npc, for Disabled man's story quest. there is no npc and no way to clear this out of my normal quests. I'd like to know why pwi hasn't done something about the missing npc. and why do we have quests where no one can find the darn npc. if you don't have the npc then why put up the quest. its a waste of space. sometimes i wonder why pwi has to put us through all this. its a waste of time and it makes no sense to have a quest if we cant do the darn thing. booooooooooo
