TW Map Reset Scheduled, confirmation?

So... in http://pwi.perfectworld.com/news/?p=834331
our dear GM V4liance notified us of:

"Season 4 will begin with the map reset, scheduled for 4/3/2013."

As seen in red under the 'Territory Wars' section.
Is it indeed happening? Or should we expect delay?

I appreciate all the souls who will give their best guess, but I'm
really only looking for confirmation from a GM or an informed Moderator.

    go to general discussion...watch in the sticky threads ... maintenance discussion for today date...open it and ull see in red on the 1st post by v4 that they will reset on us servers tonight..

    Indeed, as stated by our trusty CM here, the TW maps for the North American servers are being reset tonight.

    For those on the other side of the pond on the EU servers, from what Fuzzy understands the reset can be expected on the 10th along with the move to the soon-to-be minted Morai server.

    Do they know if the scheduling issue with Mondays will be resolved?
