what is wrong with ff

I did ff today on x12 hypers and got 3% im a lvl 82 cleric I was getting the exp and the spirirt but nothing was happening I did the big room and heads and got nothing for it can anyone explain what I did wrong , I did have a silk worm on was that it ?
