So, i was bored and since i am quitting perfect world after such a long time, decided to do something nice for the community i have come to love. If you can answer this question truthfully, I'll pay you 100 million as my final parting gift before leaving perfect world forever. Of course, you have to be in Raging Tide to be eligible for this offer.

So, the question is.

When was Vicious founded?
