Make HP/MP Charms Bind

Have you ever accidentally equipped an HP or MP charm? It makes me crazy! Especially the hp charm on my catshop!! b:cry

Just make the HP and MP charms behave like a bound weapon. You try to equip it and it says, "equipping this item will cause it to be bound. Are you sure?" Click yes, and it's on.

This would save a lot of tears (and the code is already written: just apply it to this item.)
