East Coast Server - Lags Like Hell

Hi,
East Coast server lags like hell since the Crash on 27-03-2013. Ping shoots up to 14k-26k in 2-3 secs. And I am not the only person facing this issue. I see ppl complaining in WC with regards to lag spikes. Will this be fixed by next maintnance or is it gonna take longer?I am stuck at "Entering Perfect World" on many occassion. It is impossible to use 2 clients 1 for shop and 1 for play. Fact of the matter is I cannot use 1 client to play the game. Using 1 client to catshop for last 3 days since its impossible to play with such lags.

Can any GM/Mods provide us with an update?

    Post your issue@ Network and Connection Problems in new TechSupport Forum if you want some from technical team to look at it and resolve the issue for you quickly. Also don't forget to include the acronym(PWI - Perfect World International) for your game in your post title always.

    Perform a traceroute to PWI servers :-
    1).In Vista/7, click on the Windows icon/Start > click on Search > type in "cmd"
    2).On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast2.perfectworld.com (You can also use any of the IP addresses to PWI servers listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast2.perfectworld.com"
    3).Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4).Right Click on the window
    5).Select the "Select all" option
    6).Hit "Enter"
    7).You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.
    8).Include in the body of your e-mail what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.

    I am not at home right now. I will do the same as you mentioned above. But its not just me. Many people have been facing this problem since maintanance last week. Same issue happened like 3 months ago but got fixed by next maintanance. Just wanted to know if the GMs are working on this issue.

    As you are saying many players in Harshlands are having the same issue the only way to get it fixed quickly is to Submit a Ticket with a copy of traceroute.

    I agree mate,the pings are not stable for me its jumps from 500ms to 4000 ms in no second.i have applied for a ticket as well.Lets see how long it takes for them to sought out this problem.

    If you post your traceroute here you will get an answer faster.

    Although the Tech support forum is a better place for this whole thread.
