Armor effects with g16 complect

So having a full set of the g16 Lionheart gives a flame effect on the chest. However, it is also possible to get 4 sockets on the chest. So, I was wondering, can we get, say lightning (4 immac. Or higher cits) and the flame on the chest?
Has anyone seen this?
