Will this ever be fixed? Missing NPC!

As you can see, the NPC for this quest is still missing. This makes the fairly recent quest (was released when Siren's of War went live), still broken and it can't be completed.

It has been brought up for quite some time now, but no staff member of PWE has cared enough to comment. Threads dating back to last year (November 2012) clearly note that this NPC has been missing. For some of the people w/ major quest OCD like myself, I think fixing this to make the quest completed is pretty reasonable.

By the way, this isn't a quest-tip, so please don't throw it in the dead forum section for quest tips. This is mainly to get some sort of recognition by PWE, since tickets don't work and clearly other threads have been ignored. Here's to hoping! And yes, I'm aware this isn't a game-breaking or major issue. I just would like to be able to have a clean quest-log.

    b:pleased~Wouldn't it just suck if after all this time, we all just found out that he was a limited time per day spawning NPC (like say for 30 minutes a day or so) now that would truly P*ss me off to no end, how about you guys...b:spit

    Thanks! I completed all of them quite some time ago, and have attempted to keep up with these new quests they bring in each expansion/content update. I pretty much finished the majority of the quests from 1-103 at each new level I reached. So, most quests for 1-102 were completed over 1 1/2 years ago, and quests for 1-100 over a couple years ago.

    It's just a shame that I have this one remaining quest and it's broken.

    Still no word, aye? Wonder where V4 has been as of late. I haven't seen him on the forums much in the last few days. If a GM could just acknowledge that this is an issue, it would be reasonably pleasing. Why this missing NPC hasn't even been acknowledged for nearly 4 months now, is beyond me.

    Edit: Wow, Hey you! did come in....I did not think he would be working on a holiday. My post was meant to imply that he would have a slave.....errr.......staff member covering his duties ;)

    Sorry for not popping in sooner. We're aware of this issue, but at this time we don't have an ETA on a fix. I'll check again to see if I can get more information on this.

    Very unlikely they plan to fix it.

    The Astral Shard quest had a missing NPC for months. This recent expansion, instead of fixing the NPC, PWE simply added a "trash" option to the quest and left it be.
