Going off of an old idea of having a chi indicator for squad member, how about spark indicator. This would work well for Veno's. Instead of asking who needs sparks, she can determine who needs a spark by the indicator. If the indicator is showing the cleric is running low on sparks, she can click the name and add a spark.
