I cannot submit a ticket just says about some looping and wont go to the contact us page? PLZ CONTACT ME GM's i need help with my game plz and ty

Try sending an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com from your registered email account. They will process it just like a ticket. Will give the team a heads up to let them know people are having issues with that page again.
