Duel Client- SINCE THE UPDATE

I know to use the elementclient.exe file, been using it for a long time....well, since the update Tuesday. Now, when I try to duel client, it will log me in, then as it is going into the game, it crashes. Doesn't matter which account I start out with, it's been happening since Tuesday. I also verified my files (twice) and sent in a ticket, haven't heard back yet. Wondering if anyone knows what is going on, because I do know that other people are still able to duel client. Thank you for any information you have. Oh, and yes, I did search the forums, which leads me to 2012 posts, not 2013. b:thanks

    I saw someone else ask this a few days ago. I asked for more information. I never got a response.

    I have seen your post, and one other stating this.

    I have tested dual-clienting on 12 different systems now with varying OS'es and security software and have not been able to duplicate it. (Of course, I always exclude the client directory from my antivirus scans so that it won't eat the client files, but not everyone reads the download page and follows the instructions like I do.)

    Until I have more data to work with, I can't figure out why it's happening to two people and no others.
