The problem with newer characters not being able to receive blessings has gone on for months. Submitting a ticket just results in Support telling you to work with what you got.
DQ points not updating has gone on for months. Submitting a ticket just results in Support telling you it's currently slow and will update eventually. It's now been 6 weeks on one account, 2 months on the other. Any reasonable person would expect something in this time frame to have posted.
Is anyone actually working on this or is Support staffed by a dozen monkeys more likely to write the complete works of Shakespeare before these problems are resolved?
