    I'm sorry to hear about that. I suggest you submit a ticket by contacting customer support. You can send a ticket to support either by clicking support at the top of the page, or by clicking send a ticket in my signature. GMs can't help you with this issue here.

    Ask the people whom you gave your account info to, it`s impossible to be "****", it`s just an excuse, or possibly you visited some phishing sites! Been playing online games for many a year and never been "****!"

    15 years of playing MMOs and agreed, never been ****. I dont share acct info, go to "cheap gold" sites, sites that you download bot programs from, etc.

    I also change my password frequently, and its a complex password each and every time.

    well over 20 years playing and never once been **** one thing is if you run this so called private servers they have your user and pass if it matched your pwi account this might explain why you lost your stuff

    I've noticed a LOT of people claim to have been ****, and it drives me crazy because I'm not convinced they know what being **** means. I'm a software developer so I like to think I have some idea b:sweat

    In order to be ****, somebody would have to gain remote access to your computer, install a key-logger or something, and then they would have your credentials. Somebody could theoretically **** into PWI's database, steal the hashed passwords and then use that to figure out real passwords, but if that was the case, EVERYBODY in PWI would be "****."

    Like others have already stated, usually people account share or use third party sites (ie cheap gold) when they claim to be "****." b:irritated

    And not to be a jerk, but I don't feel bad for those people. If you give your password out, what do you expect will happen!?!? Don't trust anybody!

    hmmm in my years of pwing...when some one sends you mail it normally has their name with it..ijs.
    This game is like washing hair with shampoo... Rinse and repeat if desired.

    Yeye, your a software developer. Well i also studied computer science too (but dont develop software because its an utterly boring and depressing job) and i used to think like you. Until my diablo 3 account got **** about a month after i actually quit playing it. I never click any links when i dont know where they lead to and i certainly dont download third party software. My passwords are a totally random bunch of characters. Now i dont mind since diablo 3 is a crappy game anyway and i had quit it already, but it does show me that they may very well **** your account without you being an inresponsible internet user.

    As Venus stated, the only way to get a solution is to send in a ticket or email customerservice@perfectworld.com to explain what happened.
