      1) Talk to Untamed Elder
      2) Talk to Khatru Pup
      3) Talk to Untamed Elder
      4) Go kill 25 Passions Messengers in Lothranis
      5) Talk to NPC in Secluded Refuge
      6) Go to SoT
      7) Receive popup and summon NPC who spouts some nonsense and disappears.
      8) Talk to NPC at first bend in SoT (I believe this NPC isn't in wined instance)
      9) Kill 10 Withered Revanants in SoT (this is where I stopped to go to work.)
