Disabled Man's Story quest

Greetings,

I clicked on the (green highlighted) name of "Ma Lin" in the Available Quests line and was auto flown to the specific spot of (673,361). I checked both the wood decking and in the water and can not find the NPC. Is this a glitch? Or am I to try and find the NPC through the portal of the ship?

    Hey Ching,

    I think this quest is glitched i tried to find the Npc but it is not there, so i guess some how this quest is glitched plus this quest is a at low lvl so i also don't remember if there's any-other way to do it. Anyways this is not a technical related issue post it in Quest Tips if u really want anyone to help you.

    Hi Sizzer,

    Thanks for the feed back. Since there is not a thread on the forums for Bugs, I thought this was the appropriate place to put the thread in. Seeing that even you can not find the NPC too makes me feel better that it's not "just me and that I'm blind". I'll try re-posting the thread again in the Quest Tips section as you instructed.

    I hope this isn't too bad of a necro (2 days), but I can confirm that the NPC is 'missing' altogether from its designated spot.
