while we were in nw, on sanctuary. one of my squads clerics was ported out and into cube room 1. she tried every way to get back in but could not

    Its a know glitch which is due to remnant quests after doing cube.

    1. Avoid doing cube right before NW.
    2. Trash the quests or provide enough time for timed quests to run out.
