Dreamchaser pack bug

I got a dreamchaser pack with the bonus points.
i redeemed it, but only got for the rewards for lvl.1 and 10.
The ticket/pack for the lvl.20 didn't do anything...

Help please

    Are you sure you have enough space in inventory? If you don't pack just goes on "stand-by" untill you do.

    I had this problem and its nothing serious, when i right clicked the lvl 20 ticket it didnt do anything. It took me ages to realize that i didnt have enough space in my inventory. So i cleared up 10 slots from my inv and there, the contents of lvl 20 tickets just popped up. Next time u open a ticket, make sure you have atleast 9 spaces in ur inventory

    I've had trouble with other things similar to this. If you're still hunting for help, here's my input:

    Once I used a EXP food, and it didn't register anything after consuming it. It annoyed me, cause I was like 3k off leveling and really couldn't be bother to quest. So I re-logged and BOOM, I got the EXP almost instantly.

    Making sure you have enough slots free is the most common problems with the Dreamchasers, due to the number of rewards per level range. Each ticket will list the slots required so make sure you have the space before opening.

    Embracing will cause quests like this to hang also. If the daily sign in timer runs out while flying for MQ, we have to relog to turn it in. Same goes for opening one of the MQ reward boxes in the embraced state. A quick log out and back in will take care of it as long as there is enough free space.

    um i also have this problem but i have already tried reloging and clearing my inventory but it is still listed in my quest list and in red saying : not enough bag slots unable to complete this quest. any suggestions?

    sweetieBot...please help...i've had the deramchaser pack as an undone quest for days now... and its clogging up my quest list. I have cleared my bag and I have relogged so many times I just dont know what to do anymore. the quest coant be trashed...sorry if i replied wrongly....this is the first time im posting something on forum....help please....

    If having your inventory cleared out after a relog doesn't fix this, then I suggest submitting a ticket with appropriate screenshots for help.
