Problems with support page

Hello,
I would like to know if its just me or someone else have this problem:
I can't see the support page, it doenst load at all on this account, but when i change to my cleric's account it works just fine.

    Not just you. It's happening on some accounts at times. Occationally, changing browsers or clearing your cache will fix it. If not, you can send a ticket by e-mailing customerservice@perfectworld.com from the e-mail address that is attached to the account.

    I have the same problem but it has always been this way for me ever since I started playing the game. I've cleared my cache and tried it on IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera browsers, even tried a different computer. When I log out of my account, I can access the support page but then when I log in to put the ticket in it redirects to a false link again. I have tried emailing a ticket but never get a response. Do you know how else I can get help?

    the token shop has not been working it count all my tokens but i can't get items from it it is in a continues load for almost 2 monthes now
