I find it really hard

    Murse(name) or Mleric(name) always makes me giggle, as in male nurse or male cleric. For instance I'd be MurseSaku.

    If trying to think of a character name makes your brain/head hurt, then the name Mr_Gumby might be appropriate. b:chuckle

    Took that name cause some people was calling me Bella irl as nickname, the Xx was just cause just Bella was taken, that char is not my main since over 2 years, I use my mystic as main since over a year (name MissCherie) and people still call me Bella and even before that I was using my other cleric (male) name Ludovike and people was still calling me Bella. some people don't even knew my cleric and call me Bella. I didn't chose Bella cause I like twilight or not, but cause people was calling me like that irl so I was use to be call Bella and know people was talking to me.

    Pony names, I have a few chars call SweetieBelle and some alts on other servers that I don't use with pony name.

    About a thousand players named Daenarys in this game, why not call yourself Maester Pycelle after the doctor in Game of Thrones. Either that or LuvBoobies.

    Perhaps a name from mythology? Pick a name from a mythology book that refers to healing or medicine. Or you can do what some do and just type out a bunch of letters and randomly delete some until you come up with a satisfactory name.
