I have bought some ZEN and hasn't got them in my acount yet, i need a solution urgentlY.
This is the second time you done this to me, such a mess!
I have asked pwi support, about this problem, and they said "WE CANNOT FIND YOUR TRANSACTION, CONTACT ULTIMATEPAY"
you must be pulling my leg.

TRANSACTION ID: 871 - 7480 -45090
2 TICKET : 792 7480 40226

THE BIG QUESTION IS, WILL I GET THE 15% AND REWARD? i paid it 27/02/13

    Get in touch with Zen & Billing Department quickly if u want fast response regarding this matter becoz here in this forum Gm's rarely log to check and see the issue's of players .
