What kind of gear do you need to solo the fire pavilion?

As i want a g16 glaive a some point i figure its something i should figure out lol. I have a g15 glaive, g15 hat, then mostly tt90/tt99 armor wise. After this weeks nw i will have a few other g15 pieces of a armor.
As far as im told all i have to do is sleep the flame head, walk forward, kill the mobs while spam healing myself, then kill the flame head, is that about all there is to it?

basically.
i have not tried to solo a pav on my cleric as of yet, since my refines are at +3 mostly. i think what matters here is your mag att stat, and whether or not you are charmed. since your mag att factors into your healing AND damage, i would try to get my refines up to at least +5(doesn't take too much to get there nowadays). i think if you can top 14k mag att buffed and then use violet dance you will be fine, maybe keep a charm just in case.
OR.... you can make sure you are the extra person in squad. it's usually where the cleric ends up if they are not r9'd/full g16'd out, you dont need to worry as much about gear for the rest of the run and you can also help whomever draws water.
i have not gotten to get the other morai skills yet, so i can't comment on whether or not they are more or less helpful0 -
You don't kill the flame head. You need to kite it around so you're not getting hit.
I'll end up posting a full WS vid from cleric POV soon including fire pav soloing seeing as how there's constant questions about this. Just need to finish editing...zzzz...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Did it with r8+4 lunar gold 95 the rest of my gear +3/4 fully sharded with flawless hp on my cleric alt. you need to sleep the head, paralyse it, slow it, maybe sog it if you have it and then kite it. Fire as a Pav has one of the most amout of space so use it to your advantage. Also you don't need to kill all the mobs. Just as much as you can and need to be able to survive while stacking heals. Here aoes are your friend so get a skill like chi siphon on your genie for lots of chi. Try to tab cycle through the current mobs surrounding you and kill the ones that frenzy first, keep at range so the exploding mobs don't kill you either. Hope I helped[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Okay...this probably isn't the best vid for it, but it's just kind of quick and dirty. Yes, having 15k HP and a +10 g16 Nirvana weapon lets me do this very easily. The basic idea of kiting the head (okay, I didn't kite as much as you'll probably have to because I can take a few hits and I'm lazy) and then killing the mobs remains though. And yeah, don't stand too close to the exploding mobs like I did about halfway through.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Pretty much the same question with the answers you're looking for was 5 threads down:
What gear does a cleric need for Full Warsong.Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory0 -

Thanks for the video, it encouraged me to make my own b:chuckle
Just a tip: Increased Mag Resistance doesn't affect our Metal skills strangely... which means, with all our magic attacks we deal the normal damage to those as well, you won't need Plume Shot in Fire b:victoryWorld is full of illusions.
