Charge reward page wont update!

just as the title said, i bought a lot of items from the Boutique shop, but my transaction history stuck at this date 09/21/2012, and my points still ZERO! D:, anyone having same problem?!

    Did you actually charge zen or did you use ingame coin?

    Only zen you've bought or gained via offers will apply get you points.
