I thought that blessing will work after update for new characters

I am level 92 by now and I still cant take blessing . What is the reason you cant fix this, why does not work? My friend made veno and she is level 60 and she cant take either blessing, please fix it. b:cry

    I think a lot of people already send tickets, me as well and no luck. It dont work. I clear history because I have 4 characters and I take blessing for all but only new levels dont work, old ones for 3 years ago works just fine.

    Do you have any other choice or option other then sending a ticket ? or just p.m V4 or get in touch with darthpanda16 in New Technical Support Zone i hope maybe someone will help you .
