And could sweetiebot have a refining function? I know you've done a refining simulator but even with that my luck is terrible and I'd like to just be able to say SweetieBot how many mirages would it take to +n a weapon (or would it be to complicated due to refining aids?)

To be fair some of her features are redundant with existing stuff such as the pack opener and weapon reroll. The other tools do a better job of keeping track of results as you go. Still Sweetiebot's implementation is kinda neat in that she interacts directly with pwdb to support everything, even obscure items.

I don't see any way to out do the refine simulator but I may consider adding a link that will let you load up the gear that sweetiebot forges directly into the refine simulator.

Possibly do what is done with the pack opener. For example, I would say something like:

SB, please refine <insert item> to +10!

And from there SweetieBot would run through the simulation, and you could code it that when it reaches +8 or something, it will use +10 orbs. The response I would expect would be:

You have refined <insert item> to +10!

-display stats of item like when an item is forged with +10 refines-

The process took x Mirage Celestones, x Tisha Stones, x Tienkang Stones, and x +10 Dragon Orb Oceans.


+11 and +12 refines would obviously be used with the +11/+12 orb.

Just my suggestion. Not sure how it will work with all the factors the refine calc has, such as any rumored "luck" associated with certain NPCs, and so on. Other parameters could be made by saying "refine <insert item> to +8 using x".

Those "factors" don't really do anything, as far as I'm aware. I don't know of anyone who actually discovered anyway to improve your refining luck in game.

Nah I'm not going to make another refining simulator when I already did that.
I added a link so you can load up the gear she makes into the simulator and then you can refine it yourself.
