i wish we would get the real reason one day - but it is never going to happen for sure
why dont you just write "maint 11 pm - 2 am" next time? would give you enough time and the QQ would stop

its all the glitches they trying to fix , if they kept on top of it and did it weekly as scheduled then it wouldn't take this long.
