An error has occured, return to merchant?

Something wrong with skrill or pwi right now? Usin a credit card and my info is correct and stuff. Just doesnt wanna go through.

    im having the same problem also, except it doesnt say that, after i click "Buy" it loads then it says "Please review your details again." i put in my CVV number again then it repeats saying review your details, nothing happens. it just keeps saying the same thing over and over and over again.
