Advanced Makeover Scrolls

I've been told that there isn't one, but I see toons on the game with one side of their mouths that are downward and the other normal.

I've seen barbs with huge heads and skinny little bodies. I've tried this different stuff on several toons but it doesn't do anything like that. So there has to be an advanced makeover scroll somewhere, or these people are GM's or something.

And why have the options if there is no scroll??? Come on guys give us something to play with to make our toons unique.

    You... Must be new...

You can obtain these looks though .ini editing and certain presets. There are several guides floating around here that can help with the process. Just keep in mind that body editing is illegal. That includes manually creating a big headed char or a super skinny char. Barbarians have a big-headed preset, yes, but that's about as far as you're going to get within the parameters of the ToS.

IMO, we don't really need those, now. We can just do it ourselves.

What you're actually seeing are Ini Edits.

Advanced Makeover Scrolls exist on private servers, not here.

For people with the .ini edit with the mouth like you said, made it in a other version of the game (or private), we don't have those advanced scroll here. (no idea if we will get them one day or not)

If someone have that kind of .ini edit here than they probably made it on a other version and use it here.

As other said the body .ini edit size is NOT allowed on our version, so the really skinny and really fat body are not allowed.

Since .ini edit are allowed for the face I cannot tell you if someone can use a .ini edit made in a other version with advanced makeover.

I guess your best shot would be to ask a moderator to get the info if it's legal or not.

I made a barb back when PWCN left that in our weekly update. It's still shown in my account's possibles for a barb build. BTW, I haven't played that barb much and it's only level 60 something. I know there were a bunch made in those couple of weeks when it was legal. You might just be seeing a rarely played barb character.

For people with the .ini edit with the mouth like you said, made it in a other version of the game (or private), we don't have those advanced scroll here. (no idea if we will get them one day or not)

If someone have that kind of .ini edit here than they probably made it on a other version and use it here.

    - .ini edit DOES allow you to change up the mouth, no "other version or private" anything required... If you read through Euthymius of Heavens Tear's link for .ini edits... you can definitely smirk the mouth to either side... it also takes a little playing around with it.

As other said the body .ini edit size is NOT allowed on our version, so the really skinny and really fat body are not allowed.

    - For the barbs, although "manually" changing body sizes/scales (which does include head scale) on the .ini files is illegal, there is the preset (which can be copied and pasted as a base file to toy with) that pwe placed into the barb presets. With this "big head and looks to be skinny body" (which might just be because the head is big) preset, you CAN go under the body to change ONLY the following as far as i am aware of :

    1. The Body ID (bodyID = #) - This designates for Barbarians wether it is a tiger, lion, wolf, or panda. This designates also Tideborn and/or Earthguard skins/tattoos which are only interchangeable between Tideborns and Earthguards.

    2. The Skin Color (colorBody = #) - Which can be a royal pain to match the Earthguard Skin color with the Tidborn Skin color... but it is possible with mild to extreme frustration involved...

All other .ini files under Body, again, are Illegal...

    - Barbarians are also allowed an .ini edit for head fash (which includes male and female head fashes, both available per cash shop / packs and unreleased). However... Those "Pills" that drop off of mobs sometime or come out of those pack drops that give potions usually... .ini editting those on your barbarian is Illegal also.

    - .ini editting head fash to ANY other class is also Illegal.

Since .ini edit are allowed for the face I cannot tell you if someone can use a .ini edit made in a other version with advanced makeover.

    - There is NO "advanced makeover scroll"... just .ini edits while using the various methods of getting to the makeover screen while pulling up the proper files/folders/websites as guides etc.

I guess your best shot would be to ask a moderator to get the info if it's legal or not.

As stated above, it is legal with the only exceptions as under the "Body Section"... which is only 1 section... and there are only the above 2 stated files under that which are legal. So reallistically we all have enough toys to play with legally now, that there should be no reason to toy with the few things that are prohibitted. If you need to double check on the legal verse illegal aspects, either go to that link (which is stickied under Beginners forums) to look, or someone official will possibly come along and confirm what i already stated, or possibly update any incorrect info i might have given...

The only thing I will add... is there is also a way to get male hairs on female toons, and female hairs on male toons... but those can only be done with the numbered cooresponding .ini files outside the folders which contain the .ini files usually used. Those "outside" files are basicly the "default .ini models" that will appear when you first click on a class/race/gender in the creation screen only. I advise against playing with those though, until you successfully do like 2 .ini editted attempts with the usual files.

PW-CN has advanced makeover scrolls, along with PW1 (P2P PW), doesn't it?
