Download issue

every time I download PWI it stops at 99% then says calculating time and O Bps -.- .....does that mean my com cant handel PWI? I even put down my Norton antivirus **** -.- any help or suggestions?

    Whatever Gms...I tired 5 times wasted 10+ hours attempting -.-' ill just stay away from this game for now on -.-

    2. Use the Torrent Method.

    3. Yes, it's good to stay away from things that you fail to understand because you can't possibly do research to find an answer. If you expect to be spoon fed, we don't want you here.
