IM having trouble with a gold situation i brought a 10$ card for 10 gold i use 1 gold for a hammer since i didn't know any better but 9 of my gold is just randomly gone without a trace.... i know i didn't spend any other then 1 for my hammer to open supply stash any ideas because i could really use it now that i know i can sell them

    Send a ticket, it's the only solution to get your issue fix.

    It take usually 3-4 days before get a answer.

    might want check auction house first though just case stuck in gold trading for some reason

    Not sure if you want to contact a PWE manager, or a GM directly.
    Anyway, send a ticket and you will get an answer. If it doesn't workout the way you want, ask them to provide you with GM's help.
    Achieved R9 before it was mainstream.
