Where to go recast rank 9^3? (The supply token version)

I was planning on 3rd casting a r9 weapon, but I can't find the forge for it any where. Is this implemented in the game yet or is the forge secretly hidden?

I am talking about the 3rd cast rank 9 that requires
-2nd cast r9, seal of war, and supply tokens

    That was released in China's NW forges but not here. Here, we got the R9S3 warsong/lunar version (rusty) instead of that good looking NW R9S3 from supply tokens.b:shutup

    Not a matter of yet, it won't be implemented into our version, seeming the R9 recast ring we got is part of the complect for that set, if we were to get that R9 set it would've came in with the SoW expansion.

    maybe making ppl hardcorecharge now to +12 their r9r2 and then again when they implement the "improved" cn version =D

    I wish that was our set. I was kinda wondering why they put a recast for the R9 ring in the forge. It only adds like +10 to the stats. It doesn't even change the att or def. It seemed like too much of a hassle to even bother doing. I rather stick with my the R9s3 I already have. There's are not enough NW days to collect that many tokens for the 85 SOW to make it. It would take a long time. Not to mention the 1000+ tokens and 99m you have to put in too, all for +10 extra stats. I'm sure there is a reason for putting that ring there. I can bet anything, that to get the next R9s4/R10, which will be the att+70, your going to need that ring. That would probably be implamented on the next content update. I'm curious if that ring is a sign of whats to come.

    Well if you don't know the ring can also be refined for mdef and pdef.

    That ring is deadly OP, because it refines both mdef and pdef with high refine rate.
    Achieved R9 before it was mainstream.

    I didn't know that. That's a good thing. Learn something new every day. But still, I'm going to take a guess and say it's going to be the start of the new set. Most likely, you'll HAVE to get tokens for the new peices, + coin. That 70+ att is beast, and to have a nice add-on like crit +4 or another set of att....sick. No matter what, when it comes out, people will say it's too OP. I will put money on it, that Nirvi will be fixed to get tokens, more days added for NW, and another instance will be added for tokens. That actually would be a good thing. You still have to work for your tokens. Nothing is too OP for me. the more the better.
