Problem with opening the downloader

I go to open the downloader thing and it says this.

Your system is currently not allowed acess to our servers.
Check your firewall/and or software settings to enable PMB.exe to run.

    1. Post tech issues in the proper forum.

    2. Obviously something on your PC/Network is blocking it. Check your firewall and other security software.

    3. The Torrent Method is faster and easier by far. (Assuming that you can read and follow instructions.)
