T3 charms

First of all thanks to PWI for so many things to help the low level players. I made a new char just because of the Dreamchaser Kit. It is so much fun. I just wish these things were there two years ago. >_<

So my archer who is currently level 28 has been getting T3 Guardian and Spirit(HP and MP) charms every day from Harbinger of Fortune. The charms refill 72,000 HP and 72,000 MP and come with a duration of 23 hours. I think that's pretty cool. My question is, up to which level do we get the charms?
