    I have been wondering for a while whether the Thunder Shock debuff is applied right before the actual damage (so that the skill itself also enjoys the reduced metal resistance when it hits) or if the metal debuff is only applied after the damage is done. Anyone can help me out and end my sleepless nights once and for all? b:sad

      It debuffs after the damage is dealt. Would be awesome if it's before though.
      And it'd be great if it had a better animation as well b:dirty
      Instead of just a simple cone shaped arrow..

      Just be glad they were smart enough to make the HP debuff proc from sharptooth happen before.
