Exchanging with Wang Tsai

So I have a bunch of stuff that can only be echanged with Wang Tsai for other goods. Seems like the only thing he has to offer is some white dust. No I don't think its pwi coke but I do need to know exactly how I can get rid of this stuff taking up space in my inventory. Thanks guys.

    Just exchange it all into the powder, and use the powder when you want to. It has some good buff potential, and can really help no matter what level you are.

    Take it or leave it. If you don't want to exchange it, then you can always destroy it via the PW Promotions Agent in South Arch near the Lucid NPCs.
