A little help with gear? :L

Heya peeps, I've been around for awhile, but I was hoping I could get some help. I would like to know what people think I should start working for now gear wise, I have only just got my r9 ring a few weeks ago and am kind of lost, idk whether to start focusing on getting the rest of the r9 so I can later recast it or do more with my 3rd nirvana, here's my gear atm http://pwcalc.com/e601fa1660752236 any help would be much appreciated. Oh also i don't actually have perfect shards on my helm, I have the exclusive morai ones.
