Being base locked sucks, it makes me angry, and i want to know how long until the expanded map. Feel free to drop my name to pwchina incase it will help facilitate some expediency with the patch.

    There's a section in the forum for NW.

    We don't know if or when we will get the biggest map, the only thing to do is to be patient.

    Sadly, unless they allow people too skirt around and bypass the near base (skirting) territories that have been taken over by other enemy nations, no amount of an addition to the map is gonna stop people from suffering base lock...b:surrender

    What they need to do is allow nations warriors to be able to port to territories on the other sides of the (locked down) ones ~ that already have a full 20 warriors in it...b:surrenderb:surrender



    (Maybe a teleport range of 1-2 more fields out would work better at stopping the BS base locking manuevers)

    Wlk (wlk) ~ Walk to them (as is already the norm)

    Tel ~ Teleport option allowed (once player limits are reached in the territories immediately adjacent to your nations home base (aswell as, if the territories are under the No-Combat countdown timers) teleport would then only take the same amount of time that it would take to have walked to the bases adjacent territories "Or another words 1-round of movement (not-2)"

    (tel?) ~ Teleport options become active for certain territories in the second row beyond the BASE skirting & 1st adjacent row beyond that (once player limits are reached and/or the No combat timers are counting down in both the base adjacent & first row teleport territories do to their all having become Combat fields) "travel time for the ports would take 2-rounds (not-3)"

    ((Please note: 2nd and 3rd teleportable territories within those row's (which were not in active field combat modes) could have as many people as could make it to them (by teleporting to them in time) be able to port to them, until they actually did become combat zones (then once they did become active combat zones, all but 20 people would be ported to the nearest nation held territory that wasn't in combat mode (none of this unnecessary 'back to base' Bs) until there was actually no active peaceful territories for you to go back too (only then would you be sent back to base))

    Simplest solution is to allow people to travel through territories at war...if you currently own/hold said land. I get really annoyed when i travel for 5 minutes only to have someone attack a land that I was traveling through. Then I either get forced into that battle or sent back to base.
