Banned Account Question?

My other account just got banned today for 525,000 Minutes(really excessive..?). And my main problem is that I forgot all the information about the email address I linked that account with, so I have no way to log in, and no way to even see what the ban is for. If a GM or any person who has knowledge on the matter could reply, I would be thankful.
