After my year long hiatus, I decided to give PWI another shot while I wait for another mmo to come out!
Anyways, I was hoping that you guys could possibly update me on what's new with the wizard?

I've also heard that NW have made r9 more attainable apparently? Is this true? And if so, what's the current rough estimate for r9?

Explanations of which new skills I should go for first would be appreciated as well as the most effective way to acquire them b:thanks

And of course anything else you deem necessary to tell me about b:victory
