Today I bought a zen using paypal , is already couple of hrs and i still don't receive zen! It showed payment was success, after i checked mine paypal acc and bank acc and it took off mine money! So were is mine zen? Is any problems with charging zen tru paypal? I always used to do it tru it ! b:surrender

    Same issue here. Only wanted to put in $30 - stupid me I did it twice thinking it was Paypal not PWI's end.. Nothing. Waiting waiting. I have receipts from Paypal already so I'm stuck being out the $60 which is fine, but when I tried calling the PWI line I got stuck in a loop of 'Please wait' then it nicely hung up on me.


    No - I have paid for Zen always with Paypal - this is the first issue. It's normally fine.

    I'm just going to keep trying the toll free number until I get an agent. Last time I got stuck in a loop of 'Please hold.. our agents are busy'. After about seven times, it said 'Thanks for calling, goodbye' and hung up on me lol

    Hey folks,

    Looks like Paypal is having an issue with its billing system, and they're working to fix it ASAP.

    Our billing team is aware of the situation, and as soon as Paypal sorts out its issues, any charges made through them will go through, and all ZEN will be properly awarded.

    Sorry for the delay folks, and I'm sorry I can't give you guys an ETA on when this'll be fixed, as this error was on Paypal's end, and they're handling it internally.

    Again, this should only affect players who used Paypal today, starting at around 12:30am PST this morning.

    Thanks for the quick reply v4liance. Hopefully this will be sorted soon. I know I tried last night and Paypal gave me a maintenance error so i just left it go until this afternoon. Will keep watch on my Wallet on the site. Thanks againb:victory

    Well.. tried to contact Paypal as well, but they're swamped too I guess, waited on hold 15 minutes with no response so I'll try later. It's going on three hours now and getting exhausting. I know there is no ETA, but at this rate I may just log out and try tomorrow. b:angry

    I Talked to both pwi and paypal they blame eachother so who knows whos really messed up here :P i just want my money kkthx <3

    Same here. I'm out $60 AND the Zen so far. I can understand maybe an hour or two.. but it's been 7 hours for me, and some on WC on DW server it's been over 12 - this is ridiculous.

    Its been 12 hours for me as well...and i spent alot more than 60 qq but its sad that this many people are out money : ( and then they say be patient...ya ok they arent very patient for taking the money so fast from our CC's tho ehh? They want their money..we want ours !

    Paypal said the issues should be resolved, and they're pushing the payments through now.

    Please let me know if there are any more issues, and be sure to submit a ticket to Support, if you do.

    Normally at charge zen we received them straight, but this did confuse a lot! I think that many people was like wtf were is mine Zen.... I just checked wallet and got em ! Thanks v4liance for your help b:thanks

    I bought 12100 Zen with Electronic Credit Card 4 hours ago, and i still haven't recieved my Zen.
    The status/details of it says: "Reviewing" - The transaction is currently in the review/approval process and will be completed shortly.
    4 hours isn't shortly, im pretty sure about that.
    If the 12100 will be declined then it will tare me apart since i can use the credit card number only once.
    Can someone please explain me why it is taking so much time to "Review" my payment?
    I used Electronic Credit Card through PayPal.
    I got mail saying transaction was success.
    And it is my first time buying zen.

    It can take up to 24 hours before the transaction completes with PayPal.
